South Korea’s Constitutional Court has made a unanimous decision, with all eight judges votes for President Park’s impeachment. Seoul, the capital of S. Korea has been placed the highest level of emergency, the “Gabho” emergency, in order to keep control of any protest that may happen after this political decision. The Republic of Korea will be having elections within 60 days in order for Park’s replacement.
President Park was the first female president of S.Korea, and she has become the first president to ever be impeached in the country.
