Starting the year of 2020 with a bang, K-POP icons BTS announced on Tuesday, January 7th, 2020, that their next upcoming album ‘Map of the Soul: 7’ will be released on February 21st, 2020. Pre-Orders for this 4 album set, as well as single copies start Thursday, January 9th.
‘Map of the Soul: 7’ comes after their last album, chart topping ‘Map of the Soul: Persona’ which was released April 2019. This news came to us two weeks after BigHit Entertainment released a teaser on Twitter, quoting “April 2020. Stay tuned,” sending millions of fans into a frenzy anticipating a comeback fairly soon, and they weren’t wrong.
With shades of blues, Army’s’ (known as Adorable Representative M.C for Youth, A.R.M.Y.) from around the world have been trying to figure out what BTS is up to, as far as concepts and genres that will be presented in the new album. It’s safe to say 2020 will be an amazing year for Army and BTS alike.
